02 dodge stratus it IT WONT START the motor turns but it wont start

Check fuel pressure first auto parts rent the gauge. Should be 38 psi with engine idling and 47-50 with vacuum hose disconnected from diaphragm then scan for codes and give crank sensor wiggle test on wires if car starts it may be the harness is bad or crank sensor, not pictured. But is on lower front of engine.
