Check engine light turned on, idles a little rough

My check engine light came on so i took it to a repair shop. I was told #2 spark plug was misfiring. so I had a full tune up put on today, but it didn't fix the problem. truck does idle a little rough. it has a 5.9 liter 360.

replace the #2 ingnition wire.

Thank the mechanic said he could diagnose just told me I have 2 cylinders bad after a 200 tune up bill
