it is a 1/2 4X4 4.7 motor at 55 mph it bogs down and a it hesitates and says on computer miss fire 3 6 5 I am replaced the spark plugs and cam sencor please help

did you check the coils????

i would do a compression test. lots of issues with burned valves.

have the cat converter checked as well as the missfiring may have damaged the converter
