Dodge Neon Noise Problem
When turning on my car this morning, it started shaking the rpm's keep going up and down and the car is blowing smoke and making a lot of popping noises. what could this be?

Have the trouble codes checked. Some of the national brand autostores will check codes for free. How long since a tune-up? Maybe a timing issue?
