2002 Dodge Caravan runs rough even after tuneup

I have a 2002 Dodge Caravan EC and recently got a 90,000 mile recommended tune up, but the car still runs rough (has stalled once) when you come to a stop or idle? Also, the temperature gauge does not get all the way to 190, but to the notch just below that. Any Thoughts?

I would first recommend checking out the fuel pressure. Caravans are known for the pump losing pressure over time. It begins with a rough idle and ends with the van not starting. The 2.4-liter and 3.8-liter engines should have 49 psi with the key on and engine of, while the 3.3-liter should have 55 psi. The lowered temperature could be related to weak combustion caused by fuel starvation.
