2002 Dodge Caravan Recently Purchased Used Motor Computer 3 3l One That Bought

I recently purchased an used motor computer for my dodge caravan 2002 3.3L. The one that I bought came from the same make and model. Will this computer need to be reprogrammed? It looks exactly alike and the p/n matches and so do the numbers on the casing. The only difference seems to be the sequence number. Does it still need reprogrammed?
