We had to replace head gaskets on a 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.3 with egr. After replacing the head gasket we haven't been able to start the van. The cam, crank and tps sensors have been replaced, along with the injectors wiring harness due to multiple bare wires. The plugs are getting spark but when we checked the injector leads only one was pulsing, no spark from the others, also not all cylinders getting fuel. At times it acts like it wants to start, but then backfires. Could the pcm be bad, the vehicle was running before the head gaskets were replaced although it was running rough. PS sorry for the small donation but things are pretty tight.

No worries.

You need to make sure the timing belt/chain was reinstalled correctly. Make sure the wiring harness connectors are all properly connected and connected where they belong. See if you can beg, borrow, or rent a scantool that will pull both soft and hard codes to see if the computer has any codes. It sounds like the injector harness wasn't replaced correctly. I'm just hoping it hasn't damaged the ECM.
