2002 Citroen C3 Repair Question

Hi I have a citroen c3 and when i lock it there is a noise from the back door like a small motor noise, what is this please
It locks and unlocks fine but there is a noise coming from the back door only when locking and it sounds like a motor noise like its jam or its over working or something like that, please help to fix

take door apart where noise is heard and watch for problem.could be it's not traveleling far enough completely to end cycle.taking too long because of jam or needs lubrication with dry lubricant.
