Cabin Air Filter for 02 pt cruiser?
Can you tell me if my 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser came euqipped with a Cabin AIr FIlter (Air Cleaner Element)?

Yes it does. It's under the cowl area.

Can you please give some MORE details to the sketch above? Because I took all that apart last night and I did not see anything resembling an air filter. However, it's kinda hard to be sure what exactly I'm suppose to be looking at or for. Thanks again.

It's pretty self explanatory. When you remove the screen, you should see the filter carrier than can be slid out.
