I can get in and try to start the truck, sometimes it will start and some times it will not. When it will not start, all the lights come on and no crank. If I wait a while and try again, it may start.
I have already changed the ignition switch and that was not the problem. Any Ideas?

The better suspect is the neutral safety switch/transmission range sensor. Next time this happens, try cranking the engine after shifting to "neutral".

Mine does this too, very very occasionally. I have not been able to diagnose it for sure, but it seems to me to be a cable problem. Usually, I start tinkering with the battery cables, making them super tight, and then the truck starts.
