It is running very rough i toook it to an auto parts store and the diagnostic machine says the front cylinder is misfiring. What does that mean and how do i fix it?

what is the exact code??

could be compression, bad plug/coil, injector or wring or a vacuum leak.

thats why you need a real diag from a shop rather than throwing parts at it.
