It is running very rough I toook it to an auto parts store and the diagnostic machine says the front cylinder is misfiring. What does that mean and how do I fix it?

What is the exact code?

Could be compression, bad plug/coil, injector or wring or a vacuum leak.

Thats why you need a real diag from a shop rather than throwing parts at it.
