2002 Chevrolet Silverado dash lights

The instrument lights do not come on. I have replaced the dimmer switch and have checked all of the fuses. I have checked with several people and they are all lost on this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Is it only the panel lights? If you still have all of the other interior and exterior lights then the probable issue is the ground connection for the panel. IIRC it is on the drivers side behind the kick panel.
