2002 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Ss Blinkers Work Sometimes Time They Times Hum You

I have a 2002 monte carlo ss the blinkers work sometimes but not all the time sometimes they dont work and some times they hum if you push the hazzard flasher button most times you can get them working then the blinkers would work again
