Chevrolet Malibu Radiator Problem
How does the radiator system work? what would cause the car to dver heat 260* then in less than ten min. Be running at normal temp. Everything but the radiator & the waterpump have been replaced.

you may have damaged the motor by driving with it that hot. the head gaskets may have failed. it is a result of overheating not the cause
