2002 Chevy Lumina my wheel starts to shake

2002 Chevy Lumina Cylinder mileage: 34,000. The other day I took my car riding in the country on some dirt roads and now when ever I get it above 45 MPH my wheel starts to shake. Could you help tell me what it might be?

Check for mud or dirt buildup on the back of the rims.

If you don't find any big chunks of mud as suggested, have the tires balanced as it may have thrown a weight off or a tire may be separated. Have them inspect the tires as they are balanced.
