Put new engine in wont turn over from key everything comes on turn to start goes out but check engine light stays on Try several security reset s .. It will turn over from shorting starter no security lights at all . All fuses hAve fire except the 10 amp crank an one other 2 amp everything in car works except the car wont turn over an fuel pump wont come on
