After 1-1/2 years of frustration, my car is finally fixed. Thanks to everyone who offered help for my 2002 Chevy Cavalier. The "missing" I kept feeling turned out to be the throttle position sensor. Three diagnoses and numerous new parts later, it still wasn't fixed. I was ready to send it off a cliff. So I took it to Weaver's Transmission in Richmond because they have a good reputation. I drove with a service person in the car and the car acted up badly just like I hoped. He said it was a misfire, put the scanner on it and voila! So I'm a happy camper and still in love with my yellow Chevy.

No problem. If you ever need more help, let us know. And a piece of advise, never listen to someone who wants to replace your parts without testing them first. That's a sure sign of someone who doesn't know what they're doing.
