After changing spark plugs, reset check engine light then gauges quit working, why would this happen?

Checked fuses, switched fuses, looked for loose wires, disconnected negative and positive battery terminals

Check engine light on before plugs? How was light reset?

Yes light was on before doing spark plugs, check engine light was reset by disconnecting negative battery terminal. Car runs great now just the gauges arent working.

Take another look at cluster and BCM fuse underdash pull out and/or use test light
