2002 Caddy ETC...seat control on drivers arm rest is strangely controlling the radio and AC turning it 0n and off. What is causing this and how do I fix...

Rather bizzarre symptom, but I would suspect that possibly the circuits are back-feeding due to a grounding fault, or blown fuse. Is there any water in the passenger compartment, there could be corrosion of circuitry under the carpet due to water leaks.
