Location of engine ground

Starter quit on car (acted like it was dead when key turned but lights, etc. Work) Bought a new starter and solenoid and in box was a notice from GM about grounding problems. I cannot locate ground in order to clean and put new washer on. Where is it?

Thank you very much, will look closer but a negative ground should be easy to find.
