Buick Lucerne Fuel pump Problem
Something seems to be shutting the power off to the fuel pump.it will start most of the time but every once in awhile it wont start at all.when it does this i have checked to see if there is spark to the plugs and their is.you can try to start it after it sets for awhile and it will start just fine.

Have you checked the fuel pump relay?
