The speedometer bounces up and down and when it goes down below 10 mph it causes the car to downshift. I replaced the vehicle speed sensor and had all the wires grounds checked I have $360.00 spent and it still does it. I have now been told it may be the Body Control Module can you help me at all here I am very frustrated but 2 reputable shop can figure it out.

No it gives no codes and we drove around with it hooked to a meter and it didn't do it of course. I am not as concerned with the bouncing speedo but the shifting can't be good. All the other gages work correctly

A lot of times these shifting problems are at the connection of the trans or just before it the wiring breaks or gets water on it an d then screws up that may be the speedo problem as well.
