2002 Alfa Romeo 147 Repair Question

Alfa Romeo 147 Fuse Problem
When i turn on the key,rear wiper start to working by itself and it doesnt stop till turn off the key and also when turn on the headlights front wipers start to working by themselves. i suspect electrical fault( fuses) both not sure..i checked all the fuses.they look fine.pls advice!!

I will not be a fuse, probably a body control module fault, i would get a scan done to see if this get any fault codes , start here.
