Oil fills up in cylinders 2, 4, & 5

I'm turning the engine manually and l pull out #5 spark plug and notice theres oil in the cylinder almost to the opening for the spark plug to be. What would cause the oil to enter the cylinder. I check the dip stick on the engine oil looks like and the engine oil is fine.

This 01 s80 2.9 is,a non turbo l've set the cam timing marks and the crankshaft marks 20 percent. When l turn the engine manually the #5, #4, & #2 cylinders fill up with either oil or coolant. What could be causing either oil or coolant to enter those cylinders?
