I have 01 Volvo S40 1.9T w/108k miles...My check engine light is on and i was told that I need a turbo sensor and the car is getting P0700 code...can you help me with this problem?

PO700 is just a generic transmission code provided by the PCM to alert you to a trans issue. You need to visit a trans specialist and he will have a scan tool that can pull more specific codes to identify the problem.
