Volkswagen Polo Window Problem
Hi,
My electronics seems to be a little "Odd"
This morning when i Woke up i Found my car windows open and the car unlocked. And the same again when I went and check my car in work.
When I went work the locks kept on locking and unlocking them self.. while driving..
Have you any Idea what this could be? Ive taken the fuse out to stop this for now..
How much will I be looking at for a fix?

what fuse???? do you have an alarm system??? is it factory or aftermarket???

Could be a faulty door lock actuator....

Forgot to expand on the above... when unlocking or locking with the key in the door, if you hold
it in either unlock or lock for more than 2 seconds, then the windows will go up or down depending
on which way you turn the key.
If the actuator micro switch is stuck, then it would make sense that the windows and locks would
open or close depending on which way the actuator is stuck.
All just a guess... you will need to have someone look at it to be sure.
Could be a wiring problem as well or corrosion that is allowing current to go where it shouldn't.
