Heater does not blow hot air

Heater does not blow hot air. I looked at the Haynes manual, going down the list: No evidence of leaking coolant, dash gauge shows 190 temp, G12 is just under the max level, hoses are hot, coolant system was flushed last year, thermostat was replaced at that point also.
