I'm not sure what your question is, but to resolve this issue, check the #3 spark plug, or the spark plug wire. It could also be a fuel delivery problem that is causing the misfire, but check the ignition system first.

In the most common situation if what the above gentleman suggests is OK, after scanning a few Jettas with that exact symptom we have found out that the problem is THE COIL..
