Why does my car vibrate when drive unless I'm turning right?

I replace my CV axle, strut, and wheel bearing. I couldn't find anything rubbing and my tires are balanced. For some reason when I turn right it stops vibrating until I'm going straight or turning left, than it vibrates again.

if you are turning right and it stops it may be your left cv joint as it may take the pressure off of it.

Is there any way to tell if that's it for sure?

try driving straight and while at speed turn the wheel slightly one way or another to see if that makes a difference. it's about the only way unless you have a pro look at it and he gives his opinion.
