Some electrical systems are failing all at once

My car has been running fine lately, but I now have no headlights, no blinkers, no windshield wipers, no horn, no ac/heat, and no high beams. In my car you are suppose to push out for high beams, and that doesn't work. But if I pull it towards me to "flash" my high beams that works. I have checked all my fuses, and in fact I replaced all three of my main fuses. My radio still works, as well as my power windows and locks. If you have any ideas of what this could be, please let me know, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!
