2001 Vauxhall Zafira Repair Question

Zafira stolling if not below 15miles per hour when changing to 2nd gear
Car stools if not below 15 miles per hour when changing down to second gear not lights on dash only when stools,it only does when is hot not cold

we have no info for these cars but try cleaning throttle plate with choke cleaner on both sides. also the iac hole it will start hard after this. make sure duct work is connected before starting.
