2001 Vauxhall Astra Repair Question

My car cut out earlier but now it won't start. It's got ignition lights on but won't or even attempt to turn over, I've checked all fuses and jump leads to make sure battery got loads of power but still no joy, any ideas?
When trying to start the car the lights on the dash come on but it won't turn over. Checked all the fuses and all ok. Tried bumping it just to see if the engine ain't seized if it can be done this way and seems ok. Can hear the fuel pump work but nothing else, no starter motor nothing. It also cut out while it was idling

check for power at starter solenoid when key is held to start. if power present, tap starter to see if it goes.
