2001 toyota tundra v8 4.7l 178,000 got a code p0171 running lean and o2 sensor heater element. I cleaned maf and briefly checked for vacuum leaks. Fuel filter has not been changed in 110,000 where do I start to find whats causing lean running I am thinking fuel filter.I need help

Start by changing the fuel filter.

What is your actual fuel pressure and how did you check for a vacuum leak?
