I have a 2001 Pre-Runner, V6, 3.4L engine, Supercharged, larger injectors, lager fuel pump, TRD headers, Exhaust, and Split-Second, ARM1 / FTC1 ECU. (Went off of Gadget's web page for all of the modifications!) About 3 months ago, I noticed that my ARM1 was showing that my fuel mixture was running on the rich side. I originally thought the O2 sensor for the ARM1 was going bad, as I had over 80k miles, so I ordered a new senser for the ARM1. This didnt fix the problem. I then called Split-Second and they said they had a recall on the FTC1 due to heat issues. They sent me a new FTC1 unit (Great Company & Support) and after installation, the ARM1 still showed a rich fuel mixture. (It's acts like Im in full throttle position) I've replaced both O2 sensers in the exhaust, MAF, and TPS and still no change. I drove my truck to Split Second to see if the program was the cause of my problem, however, after reviewing the settings, that turned out not to be the case. I cant get any support from my local Toyota dealer, as they say I've modified the truck and they cant service it.
Any suggestions would be great. My smog is due this month and would like to get this problem resolved.

Thanks!

Run a can of injector cleaner through the tank, the injectors may be clogged or coated with varnish, impeding proper fuel atomization. Check the air filter, make sure it's flowing freely.
