Replacing a clutch

I am replacing a clutch on 2002 Toyota ECHO. Do I have to remove the gearbox from the transaxle case. To get the transmission out. I NEED SOME HELP PLEASE.

Hello,

Start by disconnecting the battery then follow this video which shows the job being done on a similar car, the process is the same.

Call around for estimates from a parts store. Cheap is never the best. If you go this route, plan on replacing again soon.

Sachs clutches are good quality and are not that expensive but not the cheapest
