I have a 2001 saturn Ls, my fan runs from the time I start the car until I turn it off what shall I do?

Look over by the battery you Will see a bracket holding your fan relay box vertical that relay box is usually what causes the problem your having. Try turning the key on when the engine is cold let the fans run then take a screwdriver use the handle to tap on the top of the relay box if the fans shut off then you know you have a bad relay box. Let me know what you find also check the computer for codes. It pretty common for those relays to stick on.
