Should be in the underhood fuse box labeled horn did you look there?Also those horns are known for getting water in them and shorting out.They redisgned the new horns with a slotted baffle to help prevent that.If the horn sounds disorted you most likely have water in it and it will have to be replaced.If the horn you have doesnt have slots you replace you will also need the pig tail for the new horn.
