2001 Saturn L100 Repair Question

One day car was working. next day car would crank but would not start

It is a 2001 L 100 saturn i replaced the battery and the cps and new plugs and they were soaked. the car will not start with starting fluid. it doesnt even sound like its trying to start. there is also fuel at the rail i just dont know how much you can hear the fuel pump turn on then turn off THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP

Any codes?You need to check actual fuel pressure saying it is at the rail doesnt mean its enough to start.You also need to check for spark also i would check compression i have seen alot of those timing chains break and jump on those engines.

Have you ever had your timing chain replaced?Also what is the last 8 of your vin number?
