Leaking oil at top of engine on a plug Bolt?

On the engine looking from under bonnet, behind oil filler cap, thers a black plastic square with a cable attached, and the bolt that screws into engine the oil is coming from there? What is that? I thought it was oil pressure switch but pics look different to what I can see, thanks in advance
