Bought this car at a lot

Bought this car at a lot. Car runs great although there are some things I've noticed. 1. When pumping gas, the pump clicks off every few seconds.
2. Gas gauges will vary when im driving, stop and restart.
3. Trac off light is on same time as Abs light is on.

Are these big issues?

1. Vent valve in evap system is stuck closed. Needs to be replaced.

2. Sender could be ad in the tank or baffles are broken in the tank.

3. Abs, we need the code. When thisa system is repaired, the trac system will come back on line
