Pontiac Grand Am Battery Problem

New battery,and alternator .car not starting ,also my battery terminals are getting very hot

Are you saying it cranks good but won't start, or it won't even crank? If it wont crank, the starter could be faulty. Some of the national brand autostores will test the starter for you.

Also, your battery cables could be faulty. Make sure voltage and ground connections all clean and tight.
