I have a clunking noise when turning

Have a peugeot 206 (diesel) and have recently heard a noise, sounds like its coming from the front and at times the back, it is like a loud crunching type noise, when it first appeared I was setting off and it sounded like something was trailing on the ground. Car has had a lot of work done on it within the last year including all belts changed. Had MOT in October and serviced shortly before.

What type of noise are you hearing? Clunking/clicking as you turn left or right?

Thanks for replying it is a loud clunking type noise and I do hear it when turning (I think more left than right) and reversing.
