2001 Oldsmobile Alero Random misfire

I rebuilt my 2001 Alero after a leaking lower intake problem. I had all of the parts cleaned at the machine shop, replaced all pistons, etc. Replaced entire fuel rail (injectors, regulator) with new. It started with a miss and DTC for random misfire, no. 3 and no. 5 misfire. I checked everything out, injectors 3 & 5 were crossed I corrected that. I'm still getting random or no. 3 misfire.

Have you done a compression test on the entire engine and a leak down test on #3? You need to be sure it doesn't have a valve leaking or something mechanical before you condemn the electronics
