Nissan Xterra Seat belt Problem
Rear passenger seat belt is locked an wont disengage

The locking mechanism in the lock has failed, probably a broken spring, these cant be repaired, you will have to replace the seat belt as a unit, if using a used belt, check that the stress tab at the bottom of the belt has not popped, if so you can't use this belt,
