2001 Nissan Micra Your Had Crash Valance Strut Pushed Back About Two

I need your help, I had a crash and the valance at the strut is pushed back about two inches or so, can I repair it, the wing, ront bumper and headlight also needs replacing, can I get a jig to repair the valance.
