stalled and then won't turn over

I have a 2001 Nissan frontier crew cab that stalled and then won't turn over. I checked the battery but it seems alright. The spark plugs aren't firing. All the fuses appear to be in working order. Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like it wants to turn but runs out of power.
