While driving with the front defroster on, something makes a popping noise under the hood.

Its usually around 27005 rpm when I it makes the noise but seems to shift fine. Only happens when the front defroster is ones

Im not sure. Its only once in awhile and it's when it's about to shift into 3rd2nd gear. Its kind of like a small chirp
