2001 Nissan Altima Repair Question

My 2001 Nissan Altima is leaking oil out of the top of the engine.

There's 4 wires going down into the engine. I think they're to the spark plugs. Oil is pooled on the top of the engine, so we pulled out the plugs and one of them is filled with oil.

YOU WILL NEED TO REPLACE THE ENGINE VALVE COVER GASKET AND SHOULD REPLACE THE IGNITION WIRES WITH PLUGS. MAKE SHORE THE VALVE COVER SET HAS SPARK PLUG TUBE SEALS
