My car is giving me a P1221 code, what does this mean?

My engine light is flashing on dashboard, and when I accelerate the car is not moving, and it is giving me headaches, can u please help me

Are you sure it'snot a P0121 code? That s' a throttle possition sensor circuit problem, that could mean a short, bad sensor, or hihg or low voltage problem.
