2001 Mercedes Benz S500 Repair Question

I was driving my S500 and the engine shut off and it wont restart
This has happend now three times. it does eventually start but it takes about a hour or so.

When it doesn't start, you need to check for spark to the plugs and fuel to the engine. One will be missing. From that point, you can focus on the circuit with the problem.
